It's been just over a year since Coinadrink Limited officially became a Real Living Wage employer, demonstrating that we will always pay all our staff what we can afford and not just what we can get away with. As a proud family-run business for over 60 years, we understand that a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay, now more than ever as the cost of living continues to remain high. The "Real" Living Wage is the only UK wage rate based on the actual current living costs, making it different to the Minimum Wage and even the National Living Wage. It's been one week since our coffee morning in support of Macmillan Cancer Support and the fundraising results are in! 👀 We're thrilled to share that collectively we have raised a fantastic £138.15, which is our second highest total ever! This includes £17.20 from our Express Refreshments Micro Market customers, after we committed to adding 20p for each hot drink sold in our markets on the day to our total pot. Take a look at our latest Micro Market install recently! 🤩 The customer in question already has one of our Micro Markets, and was so impressed with their grand on-site refreshment solution that they reached to us for another to be installed on a new premises nearby. Every Micro Market looks different from the next and we really like the neutral colour scheme of this one that delivers a classy yet understated theme. ⭐ Great job to our team and our trusted partner Nebrak Ltd for bringing the clients' vision to life. Staff and visitors to site will enjoy a fully managed service that consists of snacks, cold drinks, and a quality fresh food service. Notice the two Cali hot drinks machines positioned either side of the new facility, too. Dispensing fresh bean coffee and fresh leaf tea, this location is now home to a comprehensive refreshment solution. ✅ It just goes to show that great customer service and support reaps its own rewards. We did such a great job delivering on the expectations of the client that they have reached out to us again this time around, trusting us with everything from hot drinks to Micro Markets.
