Rectifying Defective Cladding in Sydney and London: A Tale of Two Cities An informative read! This article by William Barrington, Chris Leadbetter and James Rigney from Clyde & Co looks at cladding remediation in Australia and the UK. It compares the different approaches of the governments of the UK post-Grenfell (Building Safety Fund) and New South Wales (Project Remediate) to assist with remediation. Our anonymous reporting system is mentioned, with the authors noting that CROSS accept fire safety reports “so that the industry can learn from mistakes and near-misses.” https://lnkd.in/eAk9Z8XK
