Today is International Day of Education, a day proclaimed by the United Nations to celebrate the role of education for peace and development. 🎓 We thought it might be helpful to share some tips on how to educate your child to recycle. ♻️ ✅ Children love to imitate their parents, so make sure you lead by example and recycle/declutter regularly. ✅ Children can't turn down a good game or competition. Why not challenge your child to see how many items they can recycle in 30 minutes. ✅ Children will often ask why they’re being asked to do something, so it’s important to teach them how recycling benefits our planet. You could also encourage them to develop an appreciation for our planet by watching nature documentaries together. Do you have your own tips to add? Pop them in the comments below.
