As part of our ongoing works at Chiltern Court, the licensing conditions required us to introduce a hoarding to the scaffolding at pavement level to provide a dedicated entrance to the site. This ensures the separation and safety of the general public using this busy footpath located directly outside Baker Street tube station, whilst also preventing any unwanted visitors being able to access the scaffolding. We will continue to share updates from site as works progress here.
