This weekend, Apleona CTS, under the guidance of Anord Mardix, successfully executed the HV/LV shutdown and servicing of a major building. Elliott Cunningham, a recent HV AP training graduate, managed the entire process with assistance from Apleona CTS Contract Manager Manager Phil Waite. Gary MacMillan, the Apleona CTS Site Technical Manager, praised Elliott's first-time performance, noting that: ‘It was evident that all the preparation and training by Elliott and the team paid off as everything ran like clockwork.’   #siteshutdown #engineering #M&E

The Apleona CTS Projects Team, led by Head of Projects Olly Tee, is thrilled to announce the successful completion of a complex concept fit-out and refurbishment project for Hogan Lovells, a prestigious law firm in central London. As the principal contractor, CTS worked closely with the client to bring their architectural designs to life, transforming the space into a modern and functional workplace that meets their needs. Working with trusted partner F&E Support Services, the combined teams’ expertise shone through in the delivery of tasks such as partition and bulkhead installations, glazed partitions, SAS metal ceilings, and various finishing touches like lighting and power alterations, data installation, fibre installation, plastering, decorations, and floor finishes. It’s been just over six months since Apleona CTS partnered with Tenon FM UK, utilising our strengths and years of experience to deliver first class hard services to the University of Hertfordshire, with a focus on maintaining a safe and compliant estate.   Account Manager Louis de Roy and Project Manager Nick Tedder took members of the Apleona CTS team on a site tour yesterday, demonstrating areas of improvement on campus, showcasing the collaborative efforts and dedication of the teams involved.   Louis comments: 'It's an exciting challenge, working on a site with over 60 buildings, old and new.
