Our World Wellbeing Week has been a blast! 🚴♀️💪 We aim to do our best to look after our team all year round by offering physical perks such as free breakfast, fruit, a run club, gym and much more along with mental health awareness training for our management team to ensure we create a psychologically healthy and safe workplace. But we couldn’t resist having some fun during World Wellbeing Week… In Portsmouth, we kicked things off with smoothie bikes - combining fitness and fun as we blended our way to delicious, healthy drinks. 🍓🍌 There was a lot of energy, and everyone enjoyed the refreshing break. Next, we got a little tougher with an empowering self-defence class as part of our North Star programme. 🥊 Learning practical skills to protect ourselves was both empowering and confidence-boosting. Our Manchester team hosted an insightful nutrition and gym talk conducted by the lovely team at Anytime Fitness. 🍏🏋️♂️🍏🏋️♂️ The session was packed with tips on maintaining a balanced diet and maximising workouts, leaving our team motivated and informed. A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made these events memorable. Last week we took valued team members Natasha Isaac, Rachel Smith and Jasmine O'Sullivan out to lunch. It was great to catch up with them about how they're finding motherhood during their maternity leave and to treat them to some delicious food during their time off. This is just one example of how we look after and support our employees. 🌱
