Jason Gibbard has joined us as Operations Director to lead CMS. With 22 years of experience in the metering industry, Jason's career began as a meter reader and has since held various management roles in the industry. Eileen O’Neill joins us as Head of Field Operations, bringing 16 years of metering industry experience. Eileen began her career working in back office roles including revenue protection, before upskilling to fit meters and eventually moving into management roles. Jason and Eileen are excited to be joining the CMS team. Their values closely align with those of CMS, where safety, people, and clients are our top priorities.
