Our team has been hard at work at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's Blackpool Victoria Hospital for the past couple of months 🏥 This project involves removing RAAC concrete to expose the steel frame beneath then installing a new pitched roof using a Euroclad Group Ltd Elite 5 system. We’re also incorporating a Bauder Flat Roofs BTRS flat roof, complete with a structural metal deck, to enhance the facility’s durability and performance. #roofing #construction #healthcare

Maintenance Coordinator £25,000 - £28,000 Warrington Dealing with the site teams ‘who know better’, keeping on top of the jobs board, demanding clients and deadlines. It's a challenging job. You’d be trusted here to know what your clients need, and when. You don’t need internal politics or arguments with the site teams. That just stresses you out and slows you down. 5 weeks holiday and a potential bonus that can be very decent helps. (We hope you don’t need the private healthcare or the life assurance policy). But when you’ve got the backing of a senior management team behind you to do the job properly, any frustrations and stresses can be easier than you think. We’ll even be there for you for life’s problems and dramas. That might mean a chat and a drink when you need it. It could mean helping you move house when the moving van doesn’t show, or sending someone round to fix your leak. If anything ever does go wrong at work, then stick your hand up, because we have a ‘no blame’ culture and you’ll feel supported all of the time. That’s why you should do the job here. That’s why people come and stay. And if you’ve got ideas, or do a great job, you’ll always be properly rewarded and publicly recognised for the things you do. What you’ll be doing Working really closely with the Account Managers and Estimators to get your works moving. Organising the Jobs Board and scheduling the teams and resources as required. Prioritising workload is a big one. Talking to FM teams and clients about what they need. Keeping the site teams on task and well coordinated. Most of the time you’ll be in the office but there is an occasional visit or meeting that will get you out and about. All fully expensed. Working on process and improvement wherever possible. What you’ll need You’ll need to be really organised, punctual and reliable. Ideally you’ll be good at or have experience of Planning, maintenance and scheduling. You don’t need prior experience in the roofing industry.
