The Pier House // A charming inn with guest accommodation that sits along Charlestown’s historic Georgian harbour, brimming with unique and quirky features. Working with St Austell Brewery, this venue has been returned to its former glory, just in time for the summer months, after a fire forced the grade II listed property to close due to damage. The pub has been sensitively restored and focused on highlighting natural beauty, inside and outside the Pier house, following the blaze. Features of the much-loved venue have been kept, such as exposed beams and nooks showing off the original fabric of the building. Within the design, there are a lot of ‘nods’ to the structure of boats, and a really considered use of materials that will act as a link between this building and the history of the area. #concordebgw #staustellbrewery #designandbuild #interiordesign #hotelrefurbishment

The Harbour Beer House // Welcome to your new go-to spot... The Harbour Beer House is a joint venture between two Cornish-born breweries, Harbour Brewing Co and St Austell Brewery. Nestled in Charlestown, a vibrant village on the breathtaking South Cornish coast, this venue, formerly known as the Harbourside Inn, has undergone an extensive transformation following a fire that occurred at the neighbouring Pier House, causing extensive damage to this building as well. #ConcordeBGW #Charlestown #StAustell #HarbourBrewingCo #HarbourBeerHouse #DesignAndBuild

The Taphouse Manchester - the perfect place to enjoy a pint in one hand and a slice of pizza in the other 🍕 This isn't the first time we have collaborated with brothers Sam and Tom on a self-service bar concept. Spanning over two floors, with ample outside space, it merges concepts with it's sister bar, Another? based in Nottingham. With over 24 beers and 16 wines to choose from, as well as pizza by the slice, this should definitely be on your must-visit list! We have been shortlisted in the following Fit Out Awards UK categories: Fit Out Contractor, Fit Out Design Practice of the Year, Fit Out Project of The Year (in three separate categories) and finally... Fit Out Project Manager of the Year! Meet Laura, the Project Manager and our Head of Commercial, who has been shortlisted for this amazing award. We thought we would ask Laura (after congratulating her, of course) what she loves most about working at Concorde. "Working at Concorde is enjoyable for a variety of reasons. I value the relationships I have with colleagues both in and outside of the company. I have also been fortunate enough to work with some excellent clients who trust us to deliver their projects with some brilliant results.
