Mental health can affect anyone, anywhere, and at any time, which is why the theme for World Mental Health Day 2024 is 'Mental Health is a Universal Human Right' to improve knowledge, raise awareness and drive actions that promote and protect everyone’s mental health. Research shows that talking is good for your mental health, so we are encouraging a “Tea & Talk” session at our offices and depots as a great way to come together to raise awareness for the Mental Health Foundation. So today we are cracking open the biscuits and taking a moment to chat over a cuppa. It doesn’t have to be about mental health, talking about anything and building relationships is good for your mental health. Battling through heavy snow and -17°C temperatures, he made it safely to the Arctic Circle!
