About us
We are a national contract manufacturer that focuses exclusively on manufacturing for clients who are OEM’s and TIER I’s with a UK factory footprint. We are one of the largest contract manufacturers in the Southeast with plans to be one of the largest in the UK by 2028. We provide a range of in-house manufacturing, supply chain and quality assurance services to our clients. We focus on being their onshore supply chain partner. 🚨 🆕 Today, Make UK has published ‘Investment Monitor 2024: Using Data to Drive Manufacturing Productivity’ - in partnership with RSM UK. This annual report examines the investment landscape for UK industry, analysing investment activity, and, this year, the adoption of digital analytics and the steps that firms are taking to secure finance to fund these activities. It also makes sector-led policy recommendations to Government, and reveals the significant impact that their upcoming industrial strategy could have on #UKmfg: 🚢 70% of firms told us they would accelerate re-shoring efforts in response to one. 📈 Half would increase investment in existing UK facilities. 🤖 A third would increase both automation and exports to the EU. Just 1% of firms said that an industrial strategy would have no impact on their business. To learn the report’s other findings, visit 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eGSUJ-Tg As you consider your strategic investments, why not sign up for RSM and Make UK’s follow-up webinar discussing the report, on December 5 🔗 https://lnkd.in/eK56z5_s #IndustrialStrategy #Investment #DigitalAnalytics #Finance Fhaheen A Khan Verity Davidge Faye Skelton Mike Thornton Joel Segal Ben Horseman

Building a Sustainable Future with Robotics At Contracts Engineering Ltd., we're not just about growth—we're about sustainable growth. By harnessing the power of robotics, we've enhanced our productivity so that we can compete against traditional “low cost” countries. When our clients integrate us into their metalwork supply chain, they know that their metalwork comes from environmentally friendly mills, that it is already mostly recycled, and that our factory is powered 100% by renewable energy. Our clients can competitively source metalwork while also supporting the UK’s Green Reindustrialization. It’s a WIN WIN Here’s a recently article about our automation journey: https://lnkd.in/exkG6cgv Get in touch to learn more: https://lnkd.in/djxF9CK #Sustainability #Robotics #AI #GreenManufacturing #UKBusiness #FutureOfWork

At Contracts Engineering, our dedication to quality and innovation continues to drive us forward. As part of our working with a large multinational client with a new all-electric range they were launching from their UK factory, we've enhanced parts of our internal Quality Assurance procedures and upskilled some of the factory team to support the new fabrication processes. Training the team and improving our standards are part of our culture and this case study is another example of us raising our game as we scale-up.
