Delighted to have started my new role with Multi-Realm as Centre Manager at the Cotswolds Designer Outlet in Ashchurch, Tewkesbury (by junction 9 of the M5) which is set to open next Spring. I have been keeping my eye on the progress this development for a while so I am really pleased to be here ahead of opening with what will be a brilliant scheme. It is going so positively in terms of interest with 82% of our space is now committed or with legals to fashion, lifestyle and F&B brands. Having been on site, the scheme is going to look stunning.

Here's a great piece about the employment opportunities generated by the scheme... BOUYGUES UK the main contractor delivering the first phase of Cotswolds Designer Outlet in Tewkesbury, is now working with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to target job seekers who are work-ready to join the team during the construction. The sector-based work academy programme (SWAP) gives jobseekers who are 16 and over and are claiming benefits, the opportunity to apply for jobs.This programme can last up to six weeks and includes pre-employment training, on-site training and mentoring, a short work placement and a guaranteed job interview or help with the application process. Hoardings completed. Last week we finished the install of the hoardings at the east of the site facing the busy A46 and road junction to the business park.  9.1m cars pass this location annually and their drivers and passengers will now have a reminder of what is to come for the next 11 months before we open.
