Claims Portal Upgrade to A2A interface For A2A Users and their Software Houses only As you are aware we are upgrading our A2A interface, moving from SOAP to REST. The A2A interface is ready for use following integration of your systems with the new REST interface. We will dual run the existing SOAP and upgraded REST interfaces at least until the end of January 2026. This period gives users the flexibility to develop the new REST integrations whilst continuing to use the SOAP interface. We are asking all organisations to complete the migration to REST before the end of January 2026 as the current platform will be decommissioned. The current SOAP API will no longer continue to function once decommissioned. What do you need to do? 1. Register for the Developer Portal Your teams should have now registered for access to the Developer Portal - if they haven't please ensure they do this as early as possible. The Developer Portal contains documentation, guides and the APIs; everything your teams need to start the development for the migration. 2. Complete your development and testing Please nominate one person to fill in the form below, indicating the date on which your organisation will start development, and a prospective date your organisation will be migrating to the new Claims Portal REST API. Please complete this by the 31st October 2024. Our team will then support you towards your estimated migration date, through the development and testing phases. https://lnkd.in/efT-EYP3 3. Sign off by CPL Once you have completed your testing, we will work with you to provide sign-off for the migration to the REST API. 4.Go Live Once your migration date has been confirmed by CPL (and any internal teams on your side), your organisation can switch to the new REST API in the live environment. What will happen next? Once we have prospective dates from all organisations, we will communicate directly with you to ensure you have the support necessary to meet your planned development and migration dates. We have initial workshops planned: 28th January 2025 in Manchester; and 29th January 2025 in London. These will give you and your teams an opportunity to have an overview of the upgraded interface and ask questions of the team supporting you with the migration. Places are limited so please register your interest early here: https://lnkd.in/eUxqKe-Z

NEW Developer Portal Please circulate this communication within your organisation and ensure that your IT teams are engaged or contact your software house. We have launched a NEW Developer Portal to assist API developers, where developers can view and download information needed to integrate their system with the new Claims Portal REST interface. In the public area of the Developer Portal, you can review Documents, Guides and the API’s, everything you need to start development to migrate to REST. Step 1 - Access to Password Protected section of Developer Portal If you are a Developer and you need access to the password-protected section where you will find more detailed information regarding the relevant API’s and the downloadable Software Development Kit (SDK) Step 2 - Developers, who need REST API credentials, should register using the form on our webpage. API Developers who have registered for the Developer Portal can now request REST API credentials for the Claims Portal Integration REST API interface. The API form is for Developers who are registered with Claims Portal as an A2A user or software house and who wish to test the APIs for the change from SOAP to REST and start their development. There are details relating to the API swagger and examples of each method plus JSON schemas. It also allows you access to the integration site for testing. If you have any technical issues related to your testing or use of the Claims Portal REST API Integration environment, please contact form on our webpage All forms mentioned above can be found using the following link; https://lnkd.in/ed9-FRsc
