About us
Cranswick are a FTSE 250 listed plc and recognised as being one of the best British food companies, with continued strong growth. We have invested over £125m in the last five years to ensure we continue to lead the industry. Supplying the UK’s top retailers, restaurants and food to go chains with a range of fabulous products including fresh pork, gourmet sausages, cooked meats, air dried bacon, sandwiches and savoury pastries as well as continental meats, cheese, olives and antipasti. Cranswick work very closely with their customers and also supply a range of their own brand products. We are currently looking for bright, keen and hungry people to join our teams where we aim to develop a multi-skilled, inspired, motivated and empowered workforce that aspires to take the business in to the future. Our Graduate scheme is aimed to fast-track you to your full potential. Residential courses are supplemented with work based assignments, and your performance is evaluated and guided through our personal development programme. We ensure your final full-time role is best aligned to where you see your career progressing. We have positions available on our Graduate programme and also for Placement options in the following functions; Technical, New Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Production.
