The Creagh Concrete fitting crew are up in Aberdeenshire. This project at the state-of-the-art Suez Recycling and Recovery centre involves the design, manufacture and construction of Precast Concrete Retaining Walls. This supply and fix contract will see nearly 700T of precast being installed with over 400m3 of concrete being poured along with associated reinforcement. In addition to our supply only or supply and install services, Creagh Concrete also offer a turnkey solution providing a complete finished floor with all stitching, shuttering, loose reinforcement and grouting completed post install. Covering all aspects required for the progressive collapse/disproportionate collapse specifications of the building. A large proportion of our hollowcore units are supplied into exposed soffit situations where this arises, column shuttering and edge shuttering is critical. Our expert design teams can provide value-engineered solutions that eliminate the need for onsite welding and costly temporary structures. We also offer galvanized edge trim that can be extended to serve as a shutter for structural toppings and screeds. In addition to this we can offer to complete the structural toppings in conjunction with our wetworks packages.
