🤔Did you know? 🤔 The claimant, who was around seven months pregnant, emailed their manager to say that they were really struggling with certain aspects of their role. No specific response was provided to the claimant. Instead, the manager sent an internal email stating that the claimant was very emotional, tearful and that they were not overworked. The tribunal held that there was an “obvious and pressing” need to complete a risk assessment but the respondent failed to take any action.
