Topping out achieved at Whitehall Riverside last week! The new build development in Leeds will comprise 500 build to rent apartments with across two buildings, with commercial space on the ground floor. We have designed the MEP services, including 10% renewable energy contribution from PV installation.
Our thanks to everyone who joined us at Whitehall Riverside in Leeds last week as we celebrated the building's topping out. It was a fantastic chance to showcase the progress that's been made here with our partners and colleagues including Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) and Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd. When complete, Whitehall Riverside will comprise 500 build-to-rent apartments across two towers of 15 and 18 storeys, with commercial space on the ground floor. The project also includes over 15,000 sq ft of exceptional resident amenities on the ground and first floors, complemented by expansive terrace gardens overlooking the River Aire. It was great to attend the launch of the Renold Building last week at ID Manchester, now rebranded "Sister". The £1.7M masterplan will transform Manchester University's former UMIST campus into a 4m sq ft innovation district, providing specialist workspace for digital tech, health innovation, biotechnology, advanced materials, and manufacturing firms. We are proud to have worked on the detailed design for the Renold Building, transforming the former teaching space into a co-working space for tech start-ups.
