Sharing a message of positive psychology on world mental health day Over 400 colleagues both onsite and online tuned in to watch Dr Andy Cope “Wellinar” today. See what we did there? Arranged by CSG Wellbeing team the event was a great reminder that the simplest of actions can turn around our relationships at home and work. Andy’s own positive energy shined through the screen. How about trying the 4 minute tip – being present and attentive in your first 4 minutes of meeting someone? As Andy says people can literally “catch” positivity from you. There is science to this, and the session was full of insight, but the real benefit was the little things we can do. We all know “mood hoovers” and that might be us sometimes, so these simple techniques can help lift ourselves and others. When the world is full is negativity and the headlines can drag us down - a little positivity can go a long way. Thank you Andy for your time and inspiration.
