A massive welcome to the newest member of the team, Amelia Avison, who's joined us to grow our AI product offering.   She's just joined our Manchester office following a two-year stint in Texas, where she was recruiting for firms in some of the most exciting emerging tech markets.   We're so pleased to have her on board, and to be bringing her expertise to support our clients across the AI space build and grow successful product teams. Feb might've been a short month, but it didn’t stop this lot from smashing target.   Last week we took last month's top performers and our new joiners out for Champagne Friday at Exhibition MCR, kicking things off with some solid small plates and a couple rounds of drinks.   Turns out small plates are ideal fuel for chatting about the important stuff, like questionable childhood haircuts and the lesser-known medicinal properties of garlic. Best not to ask.   There was also the bold choice of a can of blue Hooch making an appearance on the bill. Still can't decide if that's a nice bit of nostalgia or an absolute crime.   We rounded the afternoon off in a couple of pubs before joining the team at Society.   Brilliant evening all-in-all.
