Fab start to the day at The Halston for Carlisle College Skills Summit! It was great to be able to chat and collaborate with people from Carlisle College, Centre Parcs, Cumbria Tourism and Laik Ltd. During the event, attendees were split into groups with a tutor on each table provided by the college and they discussed current offerings and asked employers what they would look for in staff at the minute. Thank you to Carlisle College for having us and for a great morning!
