Many of our followers may know that Daften Die Casting Ltd is run by brothers Mark, Guy and Grant. But how many of you actually know that it was all started by Brothers Alan (left) and Sidney Weedon ?! 👨👨👦👦 On December 29th, 1960 - approximately 63 years, 1 months and 8 days ago (not that we're counting) Daften was incorporated! 🏭 That means for 63 years, Daften has been a one stop shop for expert toolmaking, diecasting, CNC machining, and powder coating. Yet this often gets overlooked as many people do not know that Cornwall is a prominent manufacturing hub! ⛵ 🌲 The Cornwall Manufacturers Group (CMG) plays a pivotal role in nurturing and promoting the sector's growth - a group which we are proud to be part of! All the products we produce are Made in Cornwall and have been since 1960.
