Tracking changes, communication, and information exchange were faster and more transparent." "During the design phase, we particularly recognized the usefulness of the Comments feature, which allowed us to conduct ongoing reviews of project documentation and communicate with all stakeholders via the same tool. Defining comment types and communication channels enabled us to better track resolved issues and verify the correctness of information. In this case, tracking changes is faster, directly on the plans and models, which also means that less information is being lost."
