We continue to make excellent progress at Renshaw's Yard in Staines-upon-Thames, where we are acting as developer and contractor on behalf of Greystar (International). Scaffold and SFS (steel framing system) will commence on Block B soon, and we will also begin taking delivery of the bathroom PODs in a few weeks’ time.

Partnering with Staines-upon-Thames BID, our team joined forces with Savills to help paint a mural designed by local artist Saroj Patel on the railway bridge. Inspired by the idea of 'Future Cities and Towns', Saroj worked with 4 local schools in the area and incorporated their ideas in the final design. Speaking about the project, Senior Development Manager Zoe Sharpe said: "We were very happy to volunteer our time to this fantastic project and really enjoyed working with our friends at Savills to help bring Saroj's vision to life. We hope that local residents will enjoy its colour and vibrancy for many years to come."

Last winter, we were proud to support Windmill Hill City Farm's (WHCF) 'Big Give Christmas Challenge' by match-funding donations from people in the local community, and since January, the money raised has enabled almost 100 people to take part in WHCF's regular Supper Club events. Aimed at helping local families in need, the events provide a communally prepared hot meal, help to reduce social isolation and take pressure off by supporting guests in cooking nutritious, healthy low-cost meals at home, providing warm, welcoming spaces and engaging children’s activities. “Thank you to Dandara Living for their support and helping to make this project a success. We were delighted to sponsor SouthFest at Southville Primary School in Bedminster. Taking inspiration and ideas from the pupils, local artists created artworks around the school buildings ahead of Upfest - Europe's largest street art festival - taking place across Bedminster throughout August up to 15th September.
