Dexory and A.P. Moller - Maersk have won ‘Best Use of Robotics’ at the 28th annual The Supply Chain Excellence Awards 🚀 After receiving two awards last year, it’s a fantastic recognition of our progress and the continuous evolution of DexoryView, especially with new features like block stack scanning, which enable even more efficient and accurate inventory management. Presented by Michelle Mooney, deputy editor of Robotics & Automation Magazine, this award celebrates the impact of our fully autonomous mobile robots, helping Maersk's UK warehouses overcome stock challenges and achieve a precise, real-time digital twin for inventory management. The result? Over 40 hours saved each week and a boost in customer satisfaction. Congratulations to all shortlisted finalists, including Vodafone & Unipart Logistics, Holland & Barrett with THG Fulfil, and many others who are leading the way in robotics innovation. #Robotics #SupplyChainExcellenceAwards #RoboticsInnovation

Last Wednesday marked the end of ROSCon, and Martin, our Staff Engineer, came back with valuable insights to share. ROSCon (Open Robotics) is the annual gathering of developers, engineers, and robotics enthusiasts working with ROS (Robot Operating System) – an open-source framework that provides essential tools, libraries, and conventions for building complex and scalable robot applications. Martin’s key takeaway? “Get your robot out there, test it in the real world.” "One of the biggest lessons I've learned here is that mix of hardware and software is so complicated to get right in a lab. Once you're out there, you can really see how it interacts with people." From medical assistance robots to agriculture helpers, ROS is empowering innovation across sectors, and we're thrilled to see how this community continues to push boundaries in robotics. #ROSCon #Robotics #RoboticsCommunity

What if you could reduce errors, improve productivity, and optimise your warehouse operations, all while achieving rapid ROI? That’s exactly what Iron Mountain did—and we’re sharing their success story in our upcoming webinar with Maria Torrent March FCILT, Warehousing and Logistics Strategy at Iron Mountain and Oana Andreea Jinga, CC&PO and Co-founder of Dexory. By automating tasks like wall-to-wall checks and cycle counting, they saved time, reduced costly errors, and improved resource allocation across their UK sites. At yesterday’s Bloomberg Tech event in London, our COO, Kristen Shannon, took the stage alongside industry leaders to explore The Robotic Revolution and what it means for the future of work and technology. Key discussions included: 1. The impact of robotics on the human workforce: How can we address fears of robots replacing jobs, and instead focus on how they enhance and augment human potential by supporting businesses and industries amidst increasing skills shortages across different industries? 2. Investor appetite for robotics and AI: With growing interest in automation and AI, what does this mean for future innovations and market growth? 3. Tesla’s Optimus Robots: With Bloomberg reporting that some of Tesla's Optimus robots were remotely operated, the panelists discussed the challenges surrounding autonomous humanoid robots. 4. Robots in conflict zones: A compelling example of robotics for good, Kristen shared how robots are already being deployed to disarm explosives and landmines, making the world a safer place. As robotics technology evolves, trust remains a key concern. The conversation delved into how we can build trust in AI and automation while ensuring transparency, ethics, and safety in the deployment of these technologies.
