Personally, I don’t watch much YouTube. Yusra S. does though and she brought up John Hammond, who's great at breaking down ethical hacking, often working through Hack The Box challenges. However, platforms like YouTube are starting to remove hacking-related content because they fear it teaches malicious techniques. But here’s the thing: cyber security knowledge is more important than ever. Take Shodan, for example—a website that scans and reveals open ports worldwide. The biggest vulnerabilities? 🔹 CCTV cameras 🔹 Baby monitors 🔹 IoT devices like Ring doorbells Anyone with access can see unsecured devices—a throwback to the ‘90s when computers were left wide open. As YouTube continues to evolve as a news and learning platform, where do we draw the line between education and restriction?
