☁️☁️☁️ DICE X Highsnobiety X Keinemusik 🤝 Team Up to Sell Exclusive Merch to Fans in NYC ☁️☁️☁️ Keinemusik has taken their shows to legendary heights. Their NYC shows at the Brooklyn Mirage, ticketed exclusively through DICE, sold out rapidly. Spotting an opportunity, Keinemusik and Highsnobiety partnered with DICE’s newly launched Extras product to drop limited edition merch directly to ticket holders in advance of the shows. The result? Over 1,000 pieces sold out in just 24 hours! - Andrew Foggin, Global Head of Music at DICE, shared: “When we decided to sell merch on DICE, this is exactly what we envisioned; high-end, one-off items, made available to ticket holders, first, in advance of the show.” - Hendrik Jürgens, VP of Brand Energy at Highsnobiety, said: “It felt natural to partner with DICE to amplify awareness and availability of our collaboration with Keinemusik for their New York shows, to their most loyal fans. The fact that they can connect with ticket holders so easily is changing the game of event-specific merchandising. We look forward to doing more together in the future.” ☁️☁️☁️ With Extras, Keinemusik streamlined marketing, demand management, and fulfillment—all in one platform through DICE. ☁️☁️☁️ 📢 Calling all Artist Teams & Event Organizers 📢 Want to sell with Extras at your events? 🧠 💡 Check out our Learnings from IEBA Conference in Nashville 💡🧠 This month, Alex White and Chris Cardillo, from DICE’s Live Music Team, visited the International Entertainment Buyers Association (IEBA) Conference in Nashville, TN. 💬 Here’s what Alex had to share about the event 💬👇: "We had a great time this month at IEBA in Nashville and even got to visit one of our incredible venues, Third Man Records. The biggest takeaway from the IEBA speakers? The importance of putting fans first—whether it's through fan-first ticketing technology or innovative event programming. We learned that fan expectations have evolved. They want more from the venues they visit, and staying ahead means adapting how they experience your lineups and events, from discovery all the way to show close. I’m so proud to work for DICE because we’re doing just that. Like we learned at IEBA, DICE is at the cutting edge of fan-first ticketing, helping venues and fans connect in the most equitable, efficient, and fun way possible! Plus, I got to meet rock’n’roll legend, Chubby Checker!". 🎸🤝🤘

🔸 October is ADHD Awareness Month and at DICE, we are committed to raising awareness, educating ourselves, and understanding the everyday experiences of those around us, to best show up as allies! Last week, as part of our Lunch and Learn programming, we heard from our very own Celia Delaney who discussed 'The Process of Going Out' and the considerations people with ADHD and other neurological conditions have to keep in mind just to go out. Celia spotlighted organisations like 🫧 Bubble Club 🪩, a non-profit learning disability arts program based in East London, committed to creating high-quality, accessible, and inclusive nightclub experiences for people with and without disabilities. Our Neurons Employee Community Group (ECG) lead Valentina Camporeale has also spent the month educating and highlighting the strengths 💪 and skills 🧠 that come with ADHD, including creative thinking, a hyperfocus on passion projects, and easy adaptability to change. Most importantly, we learned how we can support colleagues with ADHD, such as: 🗣 Encouraging open communication and offering flexibility where possible 🪜 Breaking tasks into manageable steps and providing clear deadlines 🧡 Being mindful of offering support in a way that feels empowering, not limiting #DEI #ADHD #neurodiversity

Black History Month is a time for us to celebrate the incredible contributions of our Black community in the music and live industry, as well as our phenomenal employees who make DICE everything that it is today. My name is Zoë Collins, and I’m the Global DEI Partner at DICE. A core element of my role is supporting and amplifying the voices of our Employee Community Groups (ECGs) throughout the year, particularly during important moments like Black History Month in the UK. ⭐️ This year’s theme at DICE is all about Celebrating our Changemakers & Reclaiming Narratives. There are numerous successful changemakers and trailblazers who have transformed and continue to transform the landscape of many industries in the UK and around the world. This Black History Month, we aspire to acknowledge the contributions of changemakers from the past while celebrating the achievements of those making a difference today. Our Culture Collective ECG provides an inclusive support network for employees from diverse cultural backgrounds. The Culture Collective believes in the power of stories, traditions, and perspectives to create a respectful and harmonious workforce. Using the power of storytelling throughout the month, our employees will be hearing from various visionaries in and outside of DICE to learn about their journeys. With the support of the DEI Team, our Culture Collective ECG has planned some exciting events for our employees, including... 🍽 Lunch and Learn in our London office where we’ll hear from the founder of The Suya Pit  💡 Community insights from some of our incredible DICE employees  🕺 Showcasing curated live events, music, and more from the Black community across the UK throughout October on DICE 🎉 Celebratory discussions on breaking out of your comfort zone with our Culture Collective Lead & Head of Music (New Gen & Communities), Ife Awosika, and friends of DICE from DLT, Netflix, Nike and Guap Magazine. Plus a few words from Ife - Chair Lead of the Culture Collective: ❓ What does this year's theme mean to you? I’m in love with this year's theme! Growing up, success was only really celebrated professionally when we worked in the traditional sectors our parents directed us into. Any careers outside of medicine, law, engineering or finance were rarely celebrated or highlighted within our family dynamics. Fast forward to 2024, across the world, we have so many exceptional changemakers and trailblazers within music, entertainment, fashion and technology changing the fabric of their industries. ❓ What are you looking forward to this BHM? There is so much excellence and significant achievements within the Black community that should always be celebrated. This month, we aim to celebrate, be loud, champion our peers, and bring all of these great successes to the forefront of everyone’s attention. #BHM #BHMUK #DEI

🤏 A “pinch me” moment helping Olivia Dean, one of our favorite artists here at DICE! 💜 Olivia Dean’s team used DICE Extras to sell merch at her pop-up and improve their fans' shopping experience. Extras boosted sales of her merch by 50% 👕📈 during her three sold-out shows at Eventim Apollo as part of her “Messy Tour 2024”. Olivia’s manager, Emily Braham, shared: “It’s so great to see DICE expanding their offering to include merch and other Extras. For us, fan experience is paramount, so their ability to speak directly with fans is very valuable. It gives artists more access and control to their business and much-needed additional revenue. We’re excited to grow more experiences with DICE.” DICE is more than just ticketing. Our brand new 'Extras' product directly helps event creators and artists sell products and experiences alongside their DICE events, forming deeper ways for fans to connect with their favorite artists and shows. 💰With DICE Extras, artists can sell everything. Artists are selling experiential add-ons like meet & greets, soundcheck access, after-parties, and backstage access. And, artists like Olivia Dean are selling merch & memorabilia, including clothing, CDs/vinyl, and signed goods. DICE Extras is here to help artists connect with fans like never before—with pop-up shops, flexible delivery options, and a smooth experience for everyone. We’re proud to support and empower artists, big and small, helping them grow their earnings along the way while giving fans a stronger on-site experience. 📢 Calling Artist Teams & Event Organizers 📢 Want to sell with Extras at your Events? Over the past three months, with the support of our DEI team, our Pride365 Employee Community Group (ECG) curated a series of exciting events to celebrate Pride and foster inclusivity across our global offices. From Pride-themed breakfasts supporting local LGBTQIA+ food vendors 🥞 to a Queer Culture Club where we watched Breakfast on Pluto (a film that beautifully explores identity, love, and resilience) 🎬, and Pride parties at our London and New York offices 🪩, these moments brought us together and encouraged everyone to be their authentic selves. A huge thank you to our Pride365 ECG for creating these safe spaces for us to come together, learn, and celebrate! ✨ DICE’s Head of Partnership Operations and Chair Lead of the Pride365 ECG, Corrie McLean, noted the impact and importance of the past three months: “After one of our PRIDE 365 events during our Pride season, a fairly new DICE team member pulled me aside afterwards to thank us for putting the event together. They were worried about being accepted in a new workplace and finding ‘their people,’ and this was the first chance they had to meet others outside of their small team and connect about being queer. They were grateful and visibly emotional — it is that very sense of belonging and connection that we hope to achieve everyday, so it left a lasting impression and fueled my fire even more.” ❤️ 🏳️🌈 #DEI #Pride #ECG
