Whatever the outcome of today's budget, one thing remains constant. Accepting 'free' buckets with your new digger that don't even last the term of the finance agreement or lease is a totally false economy. If you buy a quality excavator, demand a quality set of buckets. #excavatorbuckets #excavatorbucketmanufacturer #ukmfg

We've got your back! Every single excavator bucket back plate is CNC press braked and then checked to a compliance jig, to ensure good, repeatable shape and fit in the fabrication process. Hand Built In Great Britain. #excavatorbucketmanufacturer #handbuilt #ukmfg

Bosses CNC machined. First stage of process for a batch of mini excavator bucket linkages. Bosses are machined with undersized bores. Once the linkages are fully welded in our fabrication works, they return to the CNC shop for final boring. This ensures the bores are parallel, round and at the exact tolerance for reliable fitment of hardened steel bushes. Our fabricated replacement bucket linkages are tougher and less prone to shattering than cheaper, cast alternatives. #excavatorparts #ukmfg

Quality control - automated. Our robot load-unload Mazak CNC turning centre uses a Renishaw probe to ensure tolerance and dimensional conformity on our bosses and bushes. Renishaw are a British based company who are world leaders in metrology, motion control and precision machining. #techtuesday #excavatorparts #UKMfg

Our mechanical, solid tine Grapple is a well established favourite with customers. We build these with Hardox® 450 tines, which give more than 3 times the bending and wear resistance of ordinary engineering steel. The tines can be smooth or serrated - your choice, depending on whether you favour clean release of material (waste applications), or extra grip (timber handling) - and these attachments are ideal for winter cleanup after storms and high winds, as well as general site clearance work. We build all these in our UK works, for excavator from 0.5 to 14 tonnes operating weight: https://lnkd.in/gqgwYaFq #excavatorgrapple #excavatorattachments

An alternative option to an excavator flail or mulcher or site clearance is our versatile General Purpose Rake bucket. Why use it? If you don’t want to leave chipped brash and also need to dig out the roots, for re-planting and landscaping. If the brush and brash is being completely removed from site, or burned on a bonfire. It can also be quieter and a bit more controlled than a flail. As this video shows, it can be used with a fair bit of care and precision, even around buildings. https://lnkd.in/gfR3kUb
