📣 REPORT JUST RELEASED - In our landmark d&i Leaders Global Benchmarking Survey Report 2024/25, 370 D&I leaders from 31 countries reveal the state of the profession: from how the function is perceived and rewarded to its priorities for the coming months. Collecting D&I data: the role of communication and engagement. With D&I initiatives under attack, inclusion professionals are seeking ways to show their value. One of the most reliable ways to do this is by using data. But one of the challenges in collecting data can be gathering enough to make insights meaningful, and many organisations face difficulties in reaching sufficient levels of data sharing across some diversity strands that it means they can’t act upon what they have.
