Born from the desire to craft a delicious table beer that complements the delicate flavours of our food, this journey has led us to an exciting collaboration with a local Brewery in Hampshire Andwell Brewing Company. From ideas to concept, design to tastings, to choosing a unique blend of English barley, Czech Saaz, and German Tettnang hops to yield the perfect flavour profile, the production process has been pursued with passion and meticulous attention to detail.
