❓ Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, what are they? 💡 The Fuller Review states: “Integrated neighbourhood ‘teams of teams’ need to evolve from Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and be rooted in a sense of shared ownership for improving the health and wellbeing of the population”. So that’s PCN teams, wider primary care providers, secondary and social care teams plus other health and social care partners such as domiciliary care and the voluntary sector, all working together to form MDTs that can improve the health and wellbeing of their patient population together. 🤔 So what are the key things needed to get started with setting up INT’s? Our Masterclass covers the key building blocks to setting up your INT including: 🔸 Knowing your patient population. 🔸 Developing relationships and partnerships with your stakeholders. 🔸 Clinical leadership and capacity to lead. 🔸 Having the right managerial team to support INT leadership. 🔸 Time and headspace. 🔸 Knowing what services are available within the neighbourhood and seeing how they all fit in together. 🔸 Thinking and working differently to support patients and the wider community to deliver improved patient care. Fancy knowing more? 👩🏻💻 Join our Masterclass on Wednesday 23 October at 13.00 ➡️ https://lnkd.in/e2nbCZVC #fullerreport #integratedneighbourhoodteams #INTs #primarycarenetworks

❓ Are you preparing to register with CQC ? Before applying to register with CQC, it's crucial to make sure that your service meets the standards of safety, effectiveness, care, responsiveness, and is well led. Here’s what you need to prepare: 💠 DBS Check: Obtain a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check for your main point of contact. This process usually takes around 14 days but can sometimes be longer. 💠 Online Application: Register online using our provider portal. Be ready to provide: 🔹 Business information, including registration history, location, and the services you offer. 🔹 Your business website in the format. 🔹 Details of the registered manager of the service. 🔹 How your service meets the standards set out in our quality statements. 🔹 The aims and objectives of your service, which will form part of your statement of purpose. 🔹 Application Form: Select the appropriate settings and services based on what you provide. Your application will be assessed for completeness and relevance. 💠 Supporting Documents: Gather necessary documents related to your service and ensure your premises are ready for a site visit if needed. For ambulance services, you must have either the vehicle you intend to use or documentary evidence of a lease for it. 💠 Registered Manager: If you are registering as an organisation or partnership, or as an individual not responsible for the day-to-day running, a registered manager must be in place. 💠 Timeline: The CQC registration assessment process is thorough and may take a few months. We will review your application, request additional information if needed, book a site visit, arrange an interview, and involve your nominated individual and proposed registered manager. You cannot manage regulated activities until your registration is confirmed.
