🎉 Celebrating the Official Opening of City Pop NoLo in Milan! 🎉   Last Thursday, we celebrated the official opening of City Pop NoLo in Viale Monza, Milan—our first location in Italy!  It was an incredible moment where we shared the journey that brought us here, and it was truly rewarding to connect with so many amazing people. 🌍   We had the opportunity to meet new faces from across the globe, exchange stories, and most importantly, share laughs together. This event was a reflection of the passion and dedication from all involved, and we are so excited for the future of City Pop in Italy. We’re proud to celebrate the opening of Redgate, our 297-bed student accommodation development in Nottingham. This project is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our incredible team, with students already settling into their new homes. Redgate not only honours Nottingham’s heritage but also represents our commitment to sustainability and student well-being. The name "Redgate" pays tribute to the area's history, once home to a manufacturer of alcohol on Traffic Street. Now, it’s a space reimagined for students to enjoy, fostering community and connection. Redgate has achieved a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating and Fitwel 3-star certification, focusing on creating spaces that promote the physical and mental health of residents. With multi-functional amenity spaces, including two outdoor courtyards, students will benefit from an environment designed to encourage friendships and create lasting memories. We’ve incorporated innovative energy-saving measures like the Utopi monitoring system, allowing Mezzino and students to track energy usage, alongside PIR sensors and high-spec panel heaters to reduce unnecessary consumption. A huge thank you to our partner Harrison Street and everyone involved in bringing this fantastic project to life. Harrison Street and Elkstone announced the development of a new 345-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) at Queen Street in Galway City, Ireland. The project, due for completion in 2026, is part of a wider partnership to deliver 1,500 purpose-built student beds across Limerick, Cork, Dublin, and Galway by 2028.   “The development of Queen Street represents a notable expansion within the student housing sector to meet the growing demand in Ireland’s third largest student market,” said Paul Bashir, Harrison Street’s CEO of Europe. “We are proud to continue our partnership with Elkstone and collaborate on bringing this premium student housing asset to an undersupplied region.”   Queen Street PBSA marks the first significant investment in the west of Ireland through the Elkstone and Harrison Street partnership and will help to meet the growing demand for high-quality student accommodation in the region.   Read the full announcement here: https://lnkd.in/d8zGp9EJ   #HarrisonStreet #AlternativeRealAssets #Ireland #StudentHousing
