We make custom orthotic insoles which are handmade entirely on our premises in London, by our specialist Gary Gallagher. (1) starts with a gait analysis by observation and carbon print, from which Gary can detect imbalances, pressure and leg discrepancies. (2) is to take an impression of the feet load bearing, which becomes a 3D model of their feet. (3) produces a 3D model of an insole out of cork, which is used as the master and is cut & trimmed to the customer's shoes. (4) we then form a moulding tool around the master, from which we can produce multiple pairs of foam insoles, in various densities for a variety of shoes. We help with flat feet, high arches, plantar fasciitis, leg discrepancy and metatarsalgia.
