As part of Amazon's (Procurement Women Represented) affinity group, last week I had the incredible privilege of hosting an event in London with my colleague Xavier Almeida Alvear, where we welcomed inspiring participants from Dress for Success Greater London. During the event, Amazon volunteers had the opportunity to collaborate and contribute to the empowerment, growth, and advancement of women by offering valuable development tools and practical tips to help them thrive in their careers and personal lives. A huge thank you to the amazing speakers and Amazon volunteers who brought their knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm to the table Kelly Brassett, Carlotta B., Beatriz Fernandes, Paola Alarcon, Fiorella Espinoza, Mary Garcia, Helena Martaki, Jenna Schmitt, Julia Hilger-Ellis, MBA, MAPM, Chelsea Minz, Donna Wai Ming Ng, Ankita Mishra. I am especially grateful to all the participants and volunteers whose heartfelt commitment made this event such a meaningful success. Sustainability is the future of fashion ♻️ It was fantastic to celebrate the 40th anniversary of London Fashion Week with Fashion Frenzee, an event highlighting the industry’s role in protecting our planet. Hosted at the iconic 55 Broadway in partnership with Central London Alliance and Blue Orchid Hospitality, the show featured pre-loved looks and innovative designs, including the world’s first sustainable sari made from recycled materials. Special thanks to our panellists - Ajay Chhabra, Monica Yan, and Maxine Whyte-Rhoden—for leading a thought-provoking discussion about how the fashion industry can embrace eco-consciousness. A striking takeaway is that 100 billion new garments are produced every year, yet 92 million tonnes end up in landfill. To help sustain the cycle of sustainability, we encourage you to 'buy one, leave one' – the next time you purchase a pre-loved item, consider donating one to a charity shop as well. https://lnkd.in/e2rwvZ4z #Fashion #LondonFashionWeek #PreLovedFashion #SustainableFashion City AM

We were thrilled to be a benefiting charity and fashion show participant for this amazing event. Thank you Ruth Duston OBE, OC, Central London Alliance and Blue Orchid Hospitality for your continued support of the women we serve. Thank you Daniel Goodwin and all of our volunteers that helped make this a tremendous success.
Catch the highlights from Fashion Frenzee 🎬 It was an honour to host a sustainable fashion show in partnership with Central London Alliance and Blue Orchid Hospitality earlier this month. Hosted at the iconic 55 Broadway, the event marked the conclusion of the 40th London Fashion Week and highlighted fashion’s role in protecting our planet. It was inspiring to watch emerging artists and hear unique stories of sustainable fashion, including the world’s first sustainable sari, made entirely from recycled materials. The show also supported some fantastic charities, Dress for Success Worldwide, Integrity International Trust and Oxfam. #Fashion #LondonFashionWeek #PreLovedFashion #SustainableFashion #LondonFashion

We have great things on the horizon!
Last week, we completed a window vinyl installation for Dress for Success Greater London, an incredible charity that empowers women to achieve economic independence through professional attire, support and career development tools. Effective window branding in retail isn't just about aesthetics—it’s about creating an inviting atmosphere that captures attention and/or communicates a powerful message or brand name. This installation is a great example of the impact a branded window makes, helping to inform, draw people in and raise awareness for such a meaningful cause, really bringing the brand and the space to life. A huge thank you to one of my oldest and dearest clients Daniel Goodwin as well as Juanita Ingram, Esq. MBA for trusting us with this project, thrilled you are thrilled with it! :) The shop will be opening soon, so if you're in London, check it out and consider supporting this fantastic cause and letting them help you in return! https://lnkd.in/e8p4wD3c #DressForSuccess #EmpowerWomen #RetailBranding #DesignForGood #CharityWork #Retailwindow #Windowdisplays #Fashion
