The Landlord & Tenant department is one of the countries leading providers of support advice and claims handling within residential lettings. Acting for many different clients including legal expenses insurers and brokers, managing agents, corporate and private landlords and developers. Handling a large case load covering a variety of Landlord and Tenant matters as well as block management and service charge cases. They also run the ARLA helpline and a private members helpline where they provide advice and support to their members on general legal landlord and tenant related questions.
