Starting in Roubaix, France, she cycled through 16 countries, covering approximately 4,400 km of tough terrain, with elevations six times the height of Mount Everest—all while being her own mechanical, medical, and navigational support. Sarah’s goal was not only to complete this extreme race but also to raise funds for the St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation. Her journey tested self-sufficiency, sleep deprivation, problem-solving, and sheer strength.
