We are thrilled to announce the successful go-live of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations at Ricoh Latin America Operation Center in Uruguay, the logistics and services hub supplying Ricoh’s subsidiaries throughout the region. The transition from AS400 to D365F&O encompasses all supply chain and operations processes, integrates with Ricoh Headquarters' PSI corporate systems, and includes a customized Business Intelligence component to enhance management decision-making. This go-live marks a significant milestone in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiencies, directly impacting approximately 100 people at Ricoh. Congratulations to Ricoh’s team! A challenging project like this wouldn’t have been possible without their commitment and extremely hard work. We are incredibly proud of the 60+ dedicated Dynamo team members who played a vital role in the implementation, showcasing their expertise and professionalism. We are deeply thankful for their commitment and hard work. We thank RICOH once again for the trust laid on us!
