🚁 Exciting Progress at Moonhill Rise in Exeter! 🌙 We're thrilled to share some incredible new drone footage of the Moonhill Rise site in Exeter, where we're in the process of building 69 new homes for SNG (Sovereign Network Group). These homes will be available for rent and shared ownership, providing much-needed housing for the local community. One of the key milestones we're hitting right now is a roof lift that’s currently taking place. The aerial views not only capture the scale and beauty of the project but also highlight this significant phase of construction, marking another step closer to completing these quality, sustainable homes. 🌟 Celebrating the Completion of The Coombs Care Home Renovation! 🌟 We are delighted to announce the successful completion of our renovation project at The Coombs Care Home in Coleford! 🏡 Works included transforming the care home into a more modern, lighter, and spacious environment. The newly renovated rooms now offer a brighter, more welcoming atmosphere that will greatly enhance the quality of life for its residents. To mark this special occasion, The Coombes held an official handover event with a unique country and western theme. The day was filled with smiles and celebrations, featuring a bucking bronco, cowboy hats, and a live performance by a talented singer we were pleased to sponsor. It was a wonderful opportunity to come together and celebrate the positive impact this renovation will have on the residents, staff and community.
