Project Completion: 83 Pall Mall 🏛️ We are thrilled to announce the successful delivery of the electrical package for the prestigious 83 Pall Mall project, working alongside our long-standing client, Scott Osborn Ltd. 🎉 This impressive building features six CAT A office floors, a seventh-floor roof terrace and breakout area, a meticulously detailed reception, CAT B office spaces with direct links to the RAC, and a basement equipped with bike storage, showers, and more. Watching this transformation from a shell to a fully operational space has been a pleasure. Our scope of work included: ✅ LV Main Panel Upgrades – Supporting new rising busbars throughout the building ✅ Roof-Mounted Life Safety Generator – Ensuring power supply for critical infrastructure in case of mains failure ✅ Disabled Refuge System – Enhancing safety and compliance ✅ DALI Lighting Control System – Complete intelligent lighting control across the building ✅ Full Electrical Installation – Including tri-metered distribution boards for accurate energy monitoring ✅ Upgraded Power Supplies – Supporting mechanical systems, lifts, sump pumps, small power circuits and more ✅ Complete Lighting Upgrade – From architectural LED detailing to balanced office lighting ✅ Data/Fibre Installation - Providing building infrastructure for future networking solutions Projects like this don’t come around often, and we feel incredibly proud to add 83 Pall Mall to our portfolio. Apex Plaza, Floor 6D, Megabuyte 🎉 After recently completing the CAT A space on this floor at Apex Plaza, we had the pleasure to return to carry out the CAT B, working closely with the main contractor Cast Interiors for Megabuyte. Turning the CAT A area into a useable office space with spacious meeting rooms, phone pods, open desk space and staff facilities such as kitchen areas, break out spaces and seated balcony area overlooking the impressive Apex Plaza atrium. E J White completed the lighting modifications to suit the new layout of the meeting rooms, installation of additional circuits to serve underfloor electrak, floorboxes, TV socket outlets and AV containment. Multiple circuits were installed to serve the kitchen/teapoint including Billi taps and appliances along with the open office areas installed with floor boxes and high level containment for AV/DATA installs. 9 Devonshire Square - That's A Wrap 🤝 Check out our completion video below, of the 4th Floor at 9 Devonshire Square for Scott Osborn Ltd - (Volume up on this one 🔊 ) 🎉 After completing the entire building as part of a previous contract, it was time for us to return and get the 4th floor up to standard with the rest of the building. Three core's, each with their own distribution board, new lighting control system linked to the head end PC, new DALI lighting, cleaners power, mechanical fan tile supplies and three toilet blocks completed. As always, its been a pleasure to work alongside Scott Osborn Ltd to get this one over the line. The cherry on top to this beautiful building. FIRE 🔥 ALARM 🚨 With the works continuing over at Gatwick Gate for Scott Osborn Ltd, today brings the completion and commissioning of 2 separate fire alarm systems in each unit, using an Advanced MX Pro 5 single loop panel and hochiki devices. It's always good to stop for a moment and take a look at the achievements. 🏅

💪Limitless Gyms💪 It comes with great excitement to present the completion of the Limitless Gyms project! This long standing client approached us to create something unique, something that would really stand out from all other gyms in the area, expressing their importance of brand awareness and we knew we could create something special… We took simple hand sketches of custom brand specific lighting to our in house design team and reached out to Marlow Integrated Designs Ltd - MID Lighting for the manufacturing process and bringing to life the DMX and RGBW custom control alongside Mode Lighting, and see below the video for the end product… - Custom suspended colour changing RGBW brand specific arrow lighting  - Custom RGBW surface can lighting to the exposed tray work  - RGBW LED tape lighting custom fitted to the inside of the weight racks to illuminate the internal weights and components, split into zones for full custom control  - Full permitter RGBW LED tape uplighting to give the effect of depth within the high ceilings, split into zones for full custom control  - Sound to light installation, meaning all lighting can move/jump to the specific music that is being played  - DMX control with a fully customisable scene plate, with individual addressing to make independent lighting flash/change colour different to the rest  - App control for integrating additional scenes and lighting control via smart devices We also took the complete designs from ideas to real life for the below services to add to the complete experience, and pleased to showcase the additional services we offer: - DATA installation, including a full site WIFI solution for multiple units with remote access for ongoing updates/changes  - AV installation, including 6 large surface speakers and sub-woofer to match the exposed tray work.  - TV installation with cloud based scheduling for brand posters/info/advertisement/customer training displays to be visible at certain times - Small power including, cleaners power, roller shutter supplies and AC  - CCTV installation, including a complete site upgrade with a new 16 channel NVR, dome cameras and remote access  - Containment installation, all exposed containment that was then fully sprayed black to give the blacked out ceiling effect  - LV distribution install, new three phase distribution board and metering We are extremely pleased with the outcome on this one and look forward to ongoing projects! The complete installation of three tri metered distribution boards, new containment, wiring and suspended linear/track lighting, underfloor power including mechanical supplies for fan tiles and general cleaners power and a DALI lighting control system to match the buildings system we completed alongside Scott Osborn Ltd in a previous phase of works.
