A brand new entry for 2025, architecture studio SPASE Design joins the line-up following a mega year which saw the Dorset based practice rack up more than five award wins and complete landmark projects, including the UK’s first Grade I listed Net Zero home. Returning to the Top 100 again this year is English design house Sims Hilditch. Renowned for its work on some of the country’s finest country estates, the studio is now becoming known for its work in London, including the recently unveiled show apartment at the former War Office, The OWO.
