Have you thought about what you want AI to bring to your next vehicle? AI was one of the hottest topics across every industry at CES this year, and the automotive industry was no exception. At ECARX, we are excited by the possibilities of AI; our ECARX AutoGPT in-vehicle AI application offers automakers safer, more flexible and efficient in-vehicle solutions for integrating AI into vehicle systems. As AI technology advances, automotive technology needs to keep pace. The integration of DeepSeek-R1 into ECARX AutoGPT enables complex tasks to be executed locally, without the need for cloud processing. This improves data privacy, reduces latency and reliance on data connectivity, and reduces cost. To discover more about AutoGPT and DeepSeek-R1, take a look at our recent news release - https://lnkd.in/emifTMdr #ai #deepseek #GPT #autoGPT #ECARX

A month into 2025, it's clear that AI will remain at the top of the agenda not just for businesses but also for nations and global organisations. The potential for transformation represented by AI was a key element at the World Economic Forum in Davos, under the theme of "Collaboration for an Intelligent Age", and the pace of development shows no signs of slowing down. At ECARX, we are engaging AI tools to improve efficiency and quality. In our most recent earnings call, we talked about our Antora 1000 SPB computing platform, which can be replicated and scaled with any AI chip, as well as our partnership with MulticoreWare to advance the development of cutting-edge AI technologies. We also highlighted our deployment of ECARX AutoGPT, adopting Microsoft's Smart Occupancy Monitoring System to track and monitor the in-vehicle behaviour of children to ensure their safety. We continue to work closely with ecosystem partners to explore more in-vehicle scenarios under ECARX AutoGPT. AI will have an enormous impact on automotive technology. We're excited by the possibilities, and we look forward to sharing more news about our AI journey. Meanwhile, read about our recent special recognition award for contributions to generative AI quality assurance from the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organisation (SASO) here - https://lnkd.in/e7tkwDTs

Although the CES exhibit spaces closed on Friday 10 January, the impact of CES continues - the event not only starts the year for many technology companies, but also defines its direction. For ECARX, CES took place in two very different worlds. The exhibit spaces, headed by the Las Vegas Convention Center, provide a loud, bustling picture of the state and the concerns of the technology industry, represented by hundreds of stands, small and large. Our own executive suite at the Encore Tower Suites was also busy, but it gave us a chance to go more deeply into our technology, our journey and how it connects to our visitors. For a week, we were honoured to offer food, refreshment and insight to our guests, with a depth that is simply impossible on a loud show floor. One show, two very different approaches, with a place for both. After kicking off our 2025 in Las Vegas, we are now applying what we learned at CES to our mission - to work with automakers and innovative technology partners to accelerate the future of the software-defined vehicle.

As CES continues into its third day, we have been honoured to host many great conversations in our executive suite, and excited to explore the West Hall, where innovators and established players lay out their visions to kick off 2025. The software-defined vehicle will clearly be a dominant theme in the conversation this year, and many of the discussions and consumer demands will come from this theme. To accelerate the future of the software-defined vehicles, OEMs and suppliers will need to meet many needs: increasing time to market; enhancing the user experience through the lessons of mobile-first design; delivering an intelligent fusion of services such as intelligent cockpits and driving assist; and innovating in more advanced driver assistance systems. We're entering 2025 committed and energised to continue our mission - to partner with automotive OEMs to accelerate the transformation of the software-defined vehicle. #ces #divein
