A recent study found that electric mining vehicles have less of a global warming impact than diesel mining trucks [1]. According to this Life Cycle Analysis, switching to electric significantly reduces the Global Warming Potential and Stratospheric Ozone Depletion of a mining truck. But Echion takes it a step further with its XNO® anodes: - XNO® has 64% less Global Warming Potential than graphite and 61% less than LTO - XNO® emits 48% less CO2 than graphite - XNO® extends battery life, reducing waste - XNO® uses less harmful raw materials and low-carbon mining These impressive stats are helping mining companies boost their sustainability whilst lowering the Total Cost of Ownership of their fleet. #FutureOfMining #ZeroEmissions --- Source: [1] 2023.
