📰 BRECK PURCHASES SITE FOR 13 HOMES IN UPHOLLAND, WEST LANCASHIRE We recently completed the unconditional purchase of land from Kingscrown Properties Group Ltd using cash reserves within the company, with the help of Eddisons as sales agent. The site already has planning permission and we're excited to start the development of three-bedroom homes later in the year following minor amends to the current plans!
