We are currently recruiting an experienced Business Support Administrator to fill our Compliance & Contract Coordinator role in our Employability and Careers Team based in Sheffield.   This is a hybrid role with candidates expected to travel to meetings in our Sheffield office & other areas across South and West Yorkshire on a regular basis. If so, we have an exciting opportunity We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Job Coach to work with one of our schools in Hillingdon As a Job Coach, you will play a pivotal role in delivering information and advice to young people who are currently on work placement. Your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored support to learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they successfully complete all elements of the programme in alignment with its requirements. You will offer support through various methods, including one-on-one job coaching, helping learners develop employability skills, The goal of this role is to equip individuals with the skills they need to secure and sustain paid employment in the future. The TARGET programme, co-led by EDT and Ethiopia’s Ministry of Education and funded by the UK government, supported The World Bank-managed multi-donor trust General Education Quality Improvement Programme for Equity (GEQIP-E). It provided essential technical support to projects focused on improving the quality of education in Ethiopia, with an emphasis on inclusion and equity for marginalised learners. A key part of TARGET was Data for Delivery (D4D), an innovative data collection programme designed to provide real-time, accessible and reliable data on school management across Ethiopia’s education system. This included data on learning assessments and teacher behaviours, providing a clear picture of school improvement progress to enable leaders and teachers to make evidence-informed decisions.
