Career Progression Spotlight: Peta Brown - Embracing Change and Driving Performance at EGGER. 🚀 Meet Our Process Improvement Expert: 💬 With a background spanning 26 years in manufacturing roles, I joined EGGER in April 2024 as a Process Improvement Expert in the Production and Technical Department. My journey at EGGER has been one of learning and growth, focusing on embedding robust operational foundations and driving performance excellence across the manufacturing functions. 📈 Driving Change and Performance: My role at EGGER has been dynamic and varied, with a primary focus on implementing and improving measures around Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People. By implementing structured reviews and visual KPIs, we have transformed our daily meetings into productive sessions that foster ownership, accountability, and teamwork, resulting in increased awareness, engagement, and a shared drive for success across the team. The positive impact of these strategies has been well-received by colleagues, and I am excited to support extending these improvements to EGGER's Barony plant, driving positive change and performance across the board. 🤝 Gratitude and Support: I am thankful to Philip Maloney for supporting me through my move to EGGER and to Tobias Zimmermann for entrusting me with a new role that leverages my knowledge and experience.
