The Partnership was created by the City of Edinburgh Council and NHS Lothian and delivers services through the NHS Lothian, City of Edinburgh Council, Third Sector Organisations and Independent Care Organisations.
With almost 6,000 health and social care workers in Edinburgh, we aim to provide people in Edinburgh with person centred care, in the right place at the right time.
We’re also committed to tackling inequalities and supporting and encouraging people to achieve their full potential, stay resilient and take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.
