WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health is workplace mental health. The theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities - so a few of us donned our sunshine yellow to show support. Some stretched the idea a little, mainly Sonia who accessorised with her yellow Ferret, Kiko. But hey, Ferret Mental Health matters too. _________________ The Hello Yellow campaign is an annual initiative by YoungMinds that encourages people to wear yellow and raise money for the organisation. The campaign's goal is to show young people that they are not alone and that they deserve the help they need. Schools, workplaces, clubs, and community groups can all participate in the campaign. You can donate to YoungMinds to help support their work.
