Following the budget announcement today, here are the headlines regarding employment law: ▪️ National Living Wage (NLW) will increase by 6.7% - the hourly rate for NLW workers go from £11.44 to £12.21 in April 2025. ▪️ The National Minimum Wage (NMW) for 18-20 year-olds will also rise from £8.60 to £10.00 an hour - a 16.3% increase, the largest on record.
