Multi-technique #groundinvestigation starting today down here in Southern England. This is to support some interesting modifications and we are helping the design team with geo-env consultancy input including #rotarydrilling, #concretecoring and general #siteinvestigation works.

Some shallow foundations on our Client's site came across this unexpected fuel / oil contamination. It's always great seeing sites progressing. It's especially satisfying seeing them being taken from disused brownfield locations to tastefully redeveloped and much-needed housing, and this one has to be one of the best we've been involved with. The steady and experienced builder has really delivered a great scheme for the area and for the end Client, and it should be a real benefit to the community. On this one we stepped in after the initial investigations and managed additional GI works, ground gas monitoring and assessments, remedial method strategies, Council liaison, clean capping validations and more! #geoenvironmental #brownfield #housing #redevelopment
