I have just met with Dan Hawcutt, from the University of Liverpool to discuss how we can work together to engage, inspire, and inform young people about working in the healthcare sector. Allowing young people to complete a placement in a medical setting, they will gain a realistic awareness of the everyday realities of life in the health service while acquiring knowledge about their abilities and limitations. It will allow them to communicate well with all sorts of different people and take responsibility for their learning and future career journey. 🌟 Tuesday is a Team Day at Elevate Education Business Partnership! 🌟 Today, I have collaborated with the whole team here at Elevate Education Business Partnership to discuss our current and future projects, talk through ideas and boost productivity. When discussing a project with a lot of variables involved, our team days provide the space for employees to share their ideas and knowledge. As a work experience coordinator, I tend to focus on my individual targets so it’s great to meet up with the team as it gives me the opportunity to learn from others and this, as a team allows us to become better equipped to work on new, upcoming challenges and projects. Good Morning All do we have anybody within the construction sector on here who would be able to support a year 11 student for two days a week, term time, work experience each Thursday and Friday till next May?
