On #WorldMentalHealthDay it is super important to all come together to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters 🩵 Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs. So, let's use today as a reminder to check in with our friends, family, peers and colleagues. This year’s theme is workplace mental health. We have our team of Mental Health First Aiders at the barns, who are on hand for a cuppa + a chat whenever we need. We're also sharing lots of hints + tips this week on looking after our #mentalhealthatwork, how we can all work together to #fosterinclusion and how to check in on our teamies too!

It's officially coaching season at Ella's ⭐️ We're really excited to be launching our 4th cohort with Animas Centre for Coaching for barners! Coaching is a brilliant way of working on some of the things that potentially get in the way of us moving forward and reaching our goals. Through our employee’s Money Development Pots, barners have access to the amazing trainee coaches at #Animas to help their development both professionally and personally. We're super excited to announce the launch of our new partnership with leading employee engagement app, eevie! 🌍👏 The eevie app will educate, inspire and encourage barners to make simple, climate-friendly and nature-positive choices every day, through a series of educational content and monthly challenges. It was fantastic to welcome the team from the RSPB to the Barns this week! We invited the amazing team from POT GANG to the barns today for a plant-growing workshop! 🪴 Their beginner-friendly kits make it incredibly easy for anyone to start growing their own food from home. Not only did we learn lots but it was also a wonderful opportunity for barners to take some time out of their busy days, connect with each other and learn how growing your own veg + herbs can support your wellbeing. We're so excited to watch our little gardens grow! 🌿🥕 Thank you #PotGang for such a refreshing and inspiring day! 💚

Now in our 4th year, the B Corp mentor scheme matches mentors and mentees from across all of our businesses to draw on a wealth of skills + experience, exchange knowledge, support career development and share insight + wisdom - all from likeminded individuals who are committed to using business as a force for good. It’s a great way to support our team with personal and professional growth, as well as offer new perspectives and opportunities to learn from others' experiences within different businesses and organisations.
